I was happy to read in today's Times-Tribune about an inventive new way to get middle school students in Abington Heights School District excited about an anti-bullying campaign. According to the article, a Road Scholar Transport rig "emblazoned with an enormous red stop sign and the words 'Stop Bullying' on the trailer had dozens of fifth-graders shouting the message moments after it parked Thursday morning." The school district's campaign, which has been well underway for several years, centers around the image of a stoplight, which is posted in many areas around the school building.
